- What is the check-in procedure at your facility?
Upon check-in, you will be asked to submit proof of identity. Next, you fill in the check-in form and leave a deposit for your apartment in the form of a credit card number or a cash deposit of PLN 300. For long-term bookings of more than 1 month, the deposit amount is determined individually.
- Can I confirm my reservation without a credit card?
Yes. In such cases, after you make your booking, we request you to transfer a pre-payment of 30% of the total booking amount. Below are the details for bank transfer:

The bank transfer title must include the name of the person for whom the reservation was made and arrival/departure dates.
- What time does check-in start and end?
Check-in starts at 02:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m.
- How many people can check into one apartment?
Prices shown are for an apartment for 1-2 people. It is possible to accommodate more people for an additional fee. The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated is shown below:
Studio – max. 4 people (1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed)
Studio Deluxe – max. 4 people (1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed)
One-Bedroom Apartment – max. 4 people (1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed)
Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment – max. 6 people (1 double bed, 2 double sofa beds)
- Can I make a reservation by phone?
Of course. You can contact us at the phone numbers visible in the CONTACT tab. Our staff will provide you with information on how to complete the booking process.
- Do you offer breakfast?
Yes. You can order breakfast for the price of PLN 25. Breakfast is served in the “Zielone Krzesłą” restaurant, 150 meters away from Media Park. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, you can order breakfast groceries that will be delivered to your apartment. We are not a typical hotel with our own restaurant, but our apartments have spacious kitchens and all the necessary equipment needed for self-catering.
- Do you offer parking spaces?
Yes. We have our own ground level car park near the building. The car park is monitored and costs PLN 30 per night. For bookings of more than 1 month, we also offer parking spaces in an underground garage.
- Are the apartments cleaned daily?
No. The price of accommodation includes only cleaning after check-out. However, for reservations longer than 7 days, we offer a free-of-charge cleaning service once a week. You can also order additional cleaning for PLN 60.
- Do you offer free access to Wi-Fi?
Yes. There is free Wi-Fi in every apartment.
- What are the cancellation fees?
A standard reservation can be canceled free of charge by 02:00 p.m, one day before arrival. After this time, we reserve the right to charge the guest for one night's accommodation.
For non-refundable bookings, we charge the guest for the entire accommodation, without the possibility of free cancellation.
- Do you offer baby cots?
Yes. Cots are available at an additional cost of PLN 50 per stay. When booking, please inform us that you need a baby cot.
- What are the fees for children?
Children up to 5 years old can stay free of charge on condition they sleep in one bed with their parents (without using the sofa bed).
If children are more than 5 years old, the charges are the same as for extra persons. If the booking is made for 2 adults and one child, you will be charged PLN 30 per day for third person.
- Do you have apartments that allow smoking?
No. All apartments are non-smoking. Guests who smoke in the apartments will be charged a fine, as specified in the regulations. Most of our apartments have balconies – we allow smoking on the balcony.
- Are pets allowed in the apartments?
No. We may grant consent for an animal to stay in the apartment only in special and justified cases (e.g. guide dogs). However, our guests must bear in mind that they will be charged for any damage to the apartment caused by their animals.
